This is the USS Kelvin from the 2009 Star Trek Movie. The size of 315m used by "The Official Starships Collection" is the supposed design size of the original CGI model. At this size the deck structure (window rows) fits nicely, so there are two decks in the saucer. Also, the four docking ports have a reasonable diameter of 2m. However, according to memory alpha, the model was also upscaled to a size of 457.2m and even a ridiculous 655m during the film's production. The later would fit to the also insanely upscaled Enterprise, which i also list only with the much more reasonable intended design size of 366m in my shop.
