Product Description
This is a connector in order to facilitate the use of neopixel strip in Solos Hold Ahsokas hilts, it contains two slots in order to install switches.
It could be used on other hilts.
There are two parts the "Blade Plug" and the "Hilt plug" to be functionnal.
They are only compatible with GX16 AVIATION CONNECTOR (the numbers of pins is up to you since the size of the connector is the same for each version of pins).
The Blade Plug:
It inserts in the blade, the male GX16 connector need to be unscrewed of its original metal casing and then inserted in the 3D printed piece. A hole is present in the blade plug, you can tap it with a M2 tap in order to use a 3mm screw to secure the male connector.
Then the whole thing should be secure with another screw through the blade.
The Hilt Plug:
It inserts in the hilt, the female GX16 connector need to be inserted inside the 3d piece from the bottom in order for to sit flush inside the Hilt Plug.
A hole is present to tap it with a M2 tap and use a 3mm screw.
The whole thing can be secured inside your hilt with th method of your choice.
WARNING
They both come in different size:
- 7/8"
- 1" TCSS
- 1" KR
KR Saber and TCSS size are not exactly the same so select the part depending of the blades/hilts you have!
