Interior Mount - 1.5mm - NO USB

Recently Redesigned! The Mounting Plates are now a little narrower with redesigned clamps, adjustment buttons and better mounting flanges for a more solid and secure attachment to your case.

A DNA Mounting Plate designed for Authentic Evolv DNA boards. The chip and the screen are held to the plate with screws so they can be easily removed if there is a problem or you want to move them to a new device. There are external and internal mounting options available and the plates are designed to work on cases from 1.5 to 3 millimeters in thickness. All of the mounting flanges provide 2 millimeters of overhang on all sides. You can adhere the plates to your case with hot glue or epoxy.

NOTES: The only mounting plate that will work without modification on a Hammond 1590A case is the Exterior Mount - NO USB.

NOTES: The most inexpensive option for the buttons is to purchase the plastic button group in a single plastic material and color. However, if you want to mix and match the colors or materials, the buttons are available separately.

3D printing is awesome but many times it isn't perfect. There are times when the print you receive will require a little sanding or filing for the precise fitment required by these devices. If there is a problem that can't be easily fixed, please contact customer service at Shapeways.

Required for Assembly: 6 - 3/16" Length Thread-Forming Screws

• OR Zinc Plated Steel Steel

NOTES: The thread forming screws are T3 Torx Drive. Make sure you pick up the appropriate torx screwdriver if you don't already have one.
