By request from local modellers, this is a close representation of the sign found on the roof of the Victoria Station of the Esquimalt & Nanaimo Railway (E&N Railway). The sign letters were originally illuminated by neon tubes, but most of the surviving photographs show them with the tubes dismounted.
This model is available in N Scale and HO Scale; other scales are available by request.
The prototype was mounted on what appears to be 2" x 2" angle iron framework. This has been simplified to be 2" x 2" box section (4" x 4" for N Scale) so that it will be sturdy enough to print via Shapeways. The letters could easily be cut away from the framework if the modeller wishes to scratchbuilt a more accurate frame, probably using brass shapes.
