Product Description
The canadian destroyers of the Mackenzie-Class were the third series of the so called "Cadillac Destroyers".
There are only minor differences to the ships of the former Restigouche Class. The radarmast and the aft superstructure showing the only visible difference. The Mackenzie´s were refited in the course of the Destroyer Life Extension (DELEX) program. Hull, machine and electronics were overhauled and instead of the outdated K-Gun Launchers modern MK.32 Triple-Torpedotubes were installed. They didn´t received a VDS Sonar. The Mackenzies were mostly used as training ships in the pacific. Die Mackenzie was sunk as artifical reef near Rum Island, British Columbia.

The Model could be build with open or closed Limbo Well
