The New Orleans fleur de lis has roots in the French revolution, used as a mark of supremacy. It later became a brutal way of “scarring” someone, identifying them as a particular troublemaker. Knowing this symbol had a dark history, the Big Easy rescued it, taking it on as one of unity. Sizes 8 thru 13 available. Other sizes on the way!
