Product Description

1:300th scale D-032a excavator. This one is mounted on a T-148 chassis, and thus dates from the 2nd half of the 1970s, but earlier models on the T-138 were almost identical, e.g. the D-031a. The model comes in 5 parts so you can mount the bucket (in teeth downward mode !) in almost any position desirable. The models in the photographs were printed using the default White, Strong & Flexible plastic, which works just fine for wargaming purposes, although obviously, you can use a better grade of plastic for a better grade of model. The painted model attached to a base was painted by me, and shows an example printed out in the cheapest WSF plastic. The photo showing the painted but un-based model comes courtesy of Fred Oliver, and also shows an example printed out in WSF, but seemingly painted with a lot more paint than mine, smoothing out the surface roughness.
