This Adavanced Builders Modular Mod kit print is intended to house two 18650 batteries powering Yihiecigars SX350J or SX350 mini circuit board with the batteries in parallel or series configuration with accommodations for the accompanied micro USB data transfer/charging circuit. Being printed in metal this print needs to be addressed at an advanced level of fabrication with circuit insulators and extra precautions taken into account. There is also a panel being drawn up for the Yihiecigar 9 volt series battery charging circuit that should be listed soon in this shop. This print has been designed to utilize a 22mm Fat Daddy Vapes 510 connector with a deck thickness of just under 2.5mm. Two silver coated copper beryllium springs from Lee Springs Part Number LBC 038A 01 C, a 1/4"-20 threaded brass thread insert and a 1/4"-20 D-ring type screw often used in photography tripods. If constructed properly this print allows for battery changes without use of any tools and a compact form factor of slightly less than 3.6 inches in height, just under 2.4 inches wide and less than 1.5 inches thick at its center, it's thickest point. There are some metal fabrication abilities needed for this 3D print, although we have now made available the brass prints for all of the Modular Mods including the X brace which with use of four M3 screws attaches to the base of the Cage Print included in this SX350J dual battery box mod print. Some drilling and a 1/4-20 thread tap may be required. Other skills that will be required are soldering and a basic knowledge of personal vaporizer electronics for proper assembly. Various basic hand tools such as wire strippers, screwdrivers, pliers and a rubber band are also needed. These Modular Mod prints are a culmination between Mr. Jasen Cooke and myself, Wylie Wiggins aka Podunk Steam. We're often found on the VapeAtron forums, an internet based forum dedicated to harm reduction through use of personal vaporizing devices. All safety measures, precautions and electrical calculations should be addressed and utilized in the fabrication of this product. Your safety is your responsibility.
