The Albatros Doppeltaube
or Biplane Taube
, aka the MZ.1, was Albatros' first biplane and was based on the ubiquitous Etrich Taube formula. They likely saw use in the first months of the war, retiring (like all Tauben
) by the spring of 1915.
This model comes in both 1:144 and 1:285/6mm/1:288 scales. The 1:285 product uses a propeller disk rather than blades (since blades are hard to print at this scale), and it can be snapped off if you prefer a plane without them.
