These ara a pair of PRR 2D-T4 Tender Trucks designed touto swap with Bachman tender trucks having 11mm axle spacing only. Just swap the Bachmann parts into this tender truck after paint. These trucks were used on PRR E6s and G5s Class Steam locomotives.
