The center of a typical bowl is the three dimensional equivelant of a minimum point. The center of the Parabolic Hyperbowloid is the three dimensional equivelant to a minimum point AND the maximum point AT THE SAME TIME! So you will get a 3-D object that is two things in 2-D space, all in 4-D space! The strange occurance of the minimum and maximum point, simultaneously, is similar to the terrace point, and it happens somewhere called the "saddle point" which is located in the cented of this bowl. This is intensively studied in the field of topology, and find useful applications in architecture, and even mathematically stacking chips!

You can plug this equation into your favorite 3-D graphing software, and get involved in spreading this beautiful shape!
