Daimler was een van de fabrikanten die dergelijke 'Subventionslaster' maakten. Het getoonde model is een Daimler Marienfelde uit 1915. Model wordt ongeverfd geleverd. Kurz vor dem Ersten Weltkrieg hatte Deutschland einen großen Bedarf für LKW. Hersteller wurden aufgefordert uniforme LKWs zu herstellen. Daimler war eine der viele die solche Subventionslaster baute.
