Sony ICF radio antenna mount

This antenna mounting part (which holds the whip antenna steady and creates the action of clicking it into or away from the radio case) replaces the one that often breaks inside Sony ICF-7600D, ICF-7600DS, and ICF-2002 shortwave radios. It might also work in the earlier models ICF-7600 and ICF-7600A, but I can't guarantee it. Look at the 3D image and the listed dimensions for this part and compare it to your broken one. Installing this part will require opening your radio. Also, note that some slight trimming with a razor knife might be needed. Proceed at your own risk, and buy only with the acknowledgement that you will accept all liability for use and installation of this part. But if you have a screwdriver and a bit of mechanical skill, this is not a complicated install.
