Product Description
DIN 90 Stereo Microphone mount for 22mm diameter microphones.
Stereo mic clip for mounting two cardioid microphones in a 90 degree DIN configuration.
May be attached directly to a standard US 5/8” thread mic stand, but we suggest using the clip in conjunction with a swivel adaptor such as the WindTech MA-1, OnStage MM01, or Triad M1-R.
This clip creates a fast, easy repeatable stereo micing setup. Includes attachment points for flying/hanging.
DIN is a "Near Coincident" stereo micing technique that provides a good balance between stereo localization and spaciousness. Place microphones in the clip with the diaphrams about 20cm apart (about 7 7/8”). DIN is a good option for micing small ensembles at relatively short distances.
This model is compatable with 22mm diameter microphones, including the Neumann KM184 and K100.
