Product Description

3-ship pack containing:

  • DKM CA Admiral Hipper [1941] (x2; also as Blücher)
  • DKM CA Prinz Eugen [1942]

Some consider the Prinz Eugen as a separate class; others as a subgroup/improved Adm. Hippers. Seydlitz and Lützow are also part of this (Prinz Eugen) group, but Seydlitz was cancelled in 1942 and would've been built as an aircraft carrier (renamed Weser). Work was suspended in 1943 and the hulk was eventually brought to Königsberg and scuttled. Lützow was bought by the Soviet Union in 1940 (renamed to Petropavlovsk), incomplete with only her 2x forward main batteries and much of the superstructure missing.
