Thats a bumper dsigned for the Walkera Runner 250 it can safe your Camera, the LED´s and your Frame.
Just fix it with the srews of the main Frame Bracket.
Additionally it has to be glued too the Frame of the Camera.
And don´t blame me if something will break;-)
