Product Description
The Ground Launched Cruise Missile BGM-109G was developed in the 1970´s to provide the US-Airforce with a high mobile, ground based missile system to deliver tactical nuclear warheads. For the Gryphon, the naval Tomahawk Cruise Missile was adopted. Each TEL (Transporter Erector Launcher) could carry 4 Missiles. Two TEL´s were controlled by one LCC (Launch Control Center). The first units entering service in 1981. The Gryphon was a short living system, because the nuclear treaties of the 1990´s banned all medium range nuclear weapons and last of the Gryphons are scrapped until 1991 or converted into static displays.  Set of 2x M983 HEMTT Tractors and 1x Gryphon TEL and 1 x LCC.
