The Double Tenor pan is also called the double lead. It reinforces the melody and/or harmonizes the melody, or may "strum" chords beneath the melody. These medium (24mm) "void" design earrings feature the individual left and right pans with concave faces and accurate note placement - the notes represented by the voids.
