3D printed in matte translucent plastic that showcases fine and intricate details.
This is an N Gauge model of the iconic 1829 locomotive ‘Rocket’s’ tender, depicted after its post-Rainhill rebuild. Combined with the N Gauge Rocket V2 locomotive (separately available), this scratch aid enables an unpowered free-rolling model engine. Coupled to the motorised Liverpool and Manchester Railway coach or motorised flatbed (each separately available, plus free-rolling coaches and trucks), a fully working 'Era 1' N Gauge train can be created.
Also available are ‘Rocket’ as rebuilt after the Trials and ‘Rocket’ as currently preserved.
Necessary to Complete:
Graham Farish wagon wheels (x2)
Couplings (the method used is at the builder's discretion)
Weight (the tank and underside are hollow)
Optional additional details to scratchbuild (at the builder's discretion):
Coal & crew
I hope you enjoy this unusual and eye-catching model.
