As per request, I redesigned the studs so they should also fit slightly worn out holes of your 30+ years old Fiero.
If you want to replace ALL 6 covers with new ones, I´d suggest still buying the 6-set (sold separatly) and just add as many versions with longer studs as you need, assuming heavily worn out holes are the exception, not the rule.
