Trek Madone SL Cycliq Fly6 (Gen2) Insert

Size specific to the new Cycliq Fly6 Gen 2, this insert replaces Flare taillight insert. To use, disassemble the Flare Madone mount using a  2.5 mm hex allen key, insert this item and place an M4 nylon insert locking washer in place on the front. Replace the M4 x 10 mm button head cap screw with a M4 x 12 mm button head cap screw. Mount on your Madone as usual.

Required parts (not included):

• 1 - TREK part number W516121 or Trek Rear Reflector Mount (both supplied with the Madone 9 series)
• 1 - M4 x 12 mm button head cap screw
• 1 - M4 nylon insert lock nut

Why are there two choices for black?
All 3D prints are made from the same raw Nylon materials. Black Natural Versatile Plastic is a print that comes straight out of the printer, cleaned and then is simply placed in a dye bath. Black Natural Versatile Plastic is not polished or surface finished in any manner. The result is a grainy/fuzzy surface texture. Professional plastic starts with colored raw material (either Gray and Black) resulting in more even and saturated color. Professional Plastic uses a newer process that produced a slightly stronger print. Professional Plastic has a smooth semi-gloss finish.
