Product Description
This is a complete set of our NutLockers. Designed for 7mm nuts and JConcepts Tribute Wheels.
They allow clearance for a 1mm washer under the nut or use of serrated nuts. After installing them, put the cover back on and they are hidden.
Installing process: put the wheel on, tighten the nut. Don't overtighten, this is contraproductive. Just reach the point where the wheel sits firmly with no play. From there point the nut edges towards the outer screws. Now you can apply the locker. Put the cover on, done.
To get them out, use a M3 screw (recommended 30mm or longer) for one or both holes and screw it in (at least 3mm, better 5 to be sure). Now you can pull the locker out. If the locker is stuck or it's to hard to pull it out, turn the screw all the way in. The locker will come out automatically.
But this should be only the last option as your inner screws (that hold the hubs) will get slightly scratched on the surface and can lose some of their protective film.
