Product Description
Intricately detailed Cushman Titan electric baggage cart / golf cart, in N scale, with wheels that rotate. The tires even have embossed treads, in that tiny size! Perfect for your model railroad diorama or layout.
The model incorporates a recessed trailer hitch slot with snap-action studs, for hitching up baggage trailers to make a baggage train. Trailers will be added to the shop soon, if there is enough interest for them.
Minor assembly required: The model is designed with the body and the two wheel axles mounted on sprues (3 parts total). You would need to cut off the sprues, then polish the sprue junction points on the model with sandpaper. After this, paint the model to your liking, then carefully snap the two wheel axles into the mounts under the body.
For enhanced realism, a pico LED can be added to the vehicle, to shine through the front headlight: The model provides a hole through the front panel into the headlight assembly, suitable for either directly mounting an LED, or using an acrylic or fiber-optic light-pipe to feed the LED's light in.
For the electronically inclined, the under-side of the vehicle (where the batteries would fit in an actual cart) provides space for an electronic circuit, such as for flashing LEDs, or even, if you are feeling adventurous, for incorporating a tiny motor and gearing to drive the rear axle: Some surgery will be required to make the motorization feasible, though.
