HO Citrus Field Lug Stacks x9

1/87 Empty citrus lug stacks.  These are 11" tall vs. 9" tall for peaches and similar fruits.  Dimensions came from discussions on the Citrus Industrie Modeling Group on Yahoo and specifically from Bob Chaparro. This size was used for picking fruit and not for shipping in refrigerator cars.   If a shorter stack or no pallet is desired you should remove layers from the bottom by sawing and sanding.  Prior to cir. 1960 pallets would not be used.  Be sure to thoroughly clean off remaining wax residue from models. I use 91% rubbing alcohol and an ultrasonic cleaner.
