KESR 0-8-0T Loco Hecate
Originally ordered for the KESR, arriving in 1905. It was not really suitable, being too heavy and rigid for the lightweight track, and was swapped with the Southern Railway in 1931 for some items of tock and another loco . The SR found it useful, and replaced the boiler in 1939, and it then soldiered on at Nine Elms until 1950 when it wa involved in a crash and scrapped.
The PDSWJR 0-6-2T locos were based on this design, and were very successful.
Requires wheels,chassis etc
