Product Description

1:300th scale MO-634 boat as used by PMS bridging companies. Each bridging company typically had 8 boats like this to move the pieces into position during the 60s and 70s; 12 boats per company were more usual later on. This model is a waterline model (I also offer a version that has the full hull, plus and a trailer to carry it) - the "floor" of the cab is thus not modelled, as it was actually below the water-line (although that is barely discernible at 1:300th scale). A crewman is modelled in left-hand seat - admittedly crudely, as there is only so much that can be done at this resolution! The photos showing an example that has been painted and based on a dark brown base show an example that was printed out in the cheapest (WSF) plastic and painted by me. WSF is rather grainy and thus doesn't bring out the details very well. But at least it's relatively cheap! The one based on a blue base comes courtesy of Richard Phillips, and was also printed out in WSF.
