This fits the SIG P365 10 round magazine, designed to a bit more pinky room that the flat base pad but not as much as the stock pinky extension.
Now with 'Comfort Edge' - a slightly larger radius on the edge for a more comforable concealment.
Don't like the extension, get a Flush Base Pad.
Try the OEM size extension with the Medium Extension Base Pad.
Need More extension, try the Large Extension Base Pad.
Maybe try the Full Grip Base Pad for the best hold.
