Reproduction of Great War (WW1) Royal Irish shoulder titles for re-enactment and display use. These titles were re-drawn from an original piece. They are identical in every way except for the rear loops, which are cast to the part and deliberately made round so that they can not be passed off as original pieces.
Raw brass is the most economical option but the titles will require some careful polishing to get the best result. I have not used the shapeways polished option as I prefer to hand-finish my titles, but I have made the option available in case you want to give it a go. For best results polish face down on a piece of fine emery paper then polish with sucessive grades of metal polish until a high shine is acheived. Be careful with machine polishing as these titles can be delicate and hard to hold.
If you are looking for other titles please contact me. I can reproduce almost any shoulder title from photo reference alone.
