Direct bolt on. Replaces the dust cover on the rear underside of the slide. No cutting into your Rush-40.

It attaches to the back of the Nerf Hyper Rush-40 makes the cocking mechanism much easier and more ergonomic to pull. The cocking operation becomes much quicker and smoother. Not to mention it looks awesome as well.
