Guru the Climbing Monkey

Guru is a fun toy for kids, a monkey that can actually climb!

To set up Guru, first install a frame hook at the height you want the top of the tree to hang.

Then, cut two pieces of string, measured to hang from the tree low enough for a child to grasp.

Next, loop the string through the top of the tree and through Guru's hands, one string for each hole. Tie a knot on each end, so the string will not slide through any of the holes. 

Finally, hang the tree from the frame hook.

Now, just tug on each of the string one side at a time, and watch Guru climb all the way to the top!
