Saberforge 28mm/1.1" RB 18350 Shoto Chassis

This is a 28mm/1.10" x 69mm/2.71" chassis for use in a Saberforge shoto.  Features specific to this chassis include, but are not limited to:

• Placement for a removable 18350. However, you're gonna have to cut down an 18650 holder. I'm sorry.
• REMOVEABLE PROTECTED 18350! This was done in order to facilitate faster battery swaps to restore a saber to full capability.
• Under-side recess for Pico Crumble / Nano Biscotte v3/4 boards
• Inner-side AND under-side recess for Power Xtender
• End ring for 28mm speaker of your choice! Also compatible with Railmaster 27mm.
• Glue channels along the left and right sides of battery holder
• Wire channel underneath battery holder

You will need to purchase a Keystone 1042/1042P/1043 battery holder from an appropriate vendor. Upon receiving the holder, you're going to have to cut off the plastic nubs sticking off the bottom, and you're gonna have to cut that stuff down so that the INTERIOR LENGTH holds something 38.1mm long. I wanted to use the Keystone 1095/P or 1096 but they're sized for unprotected 18350s. Before you finish your installation, you're going to have to glue it to the chassis in order to ensure a steady installation. In addition, your speaker is also going to need glue in the appropriate location/s.

It was designed specifically to fit inside the well of a Saberforge Chosen shoto, which is 78mm deep. As I don't have any other shotos and don't know how deep the other wells are, this chassis may not fit in other shotos. If you've measured yours, let me know and I can try shorten this thing accordingly! It's pretty nice as it is though. Yes it's more expensive than the regular ones because this was an extremely specialised product and I spent way too long on it.
