Product Description
High detailed TWO Shells of 1/160 N scale Renfe (Spanish Railroad Net) "Panchorga" Electric Locomotive.
The 278 series (7800 according to the old numbering Renfe) were nicknamed as panchorgas.
29 units of this series were made and were delivered between 1954 and 1960. With 3 bogies of 2 axles and featuring a 2200 kW power, were funded in part by the U.S. government with the opening of Spain after World War II. This series was in use till 1992.
This model represents details of first batch (20 units) and second batch (9 units) of production. Designed to fit a EF-66 or EF-81 Kato N chassis. Model unpaited.
