This is an addon model takes inspiration from the communicator which we saw Optimus Prime use in the original generation one series.
Mainly a communicator terminal with a screen, this piece comes with a peg which allows it to be affixed unto the 5mm peg hole on the top of Ratchet's forearm. An autobot insignia on the back let you know without a doubt which Transformers faction this belongs too.
