About lenses: Lenses may be custom cut for fairly cheap from most eyeglass repair stores.
Straps: The goggles support a 1/8 in (diameter) x .5 inch (length) steel dowel/pin which a leather strap may be wrapped around, and then slotted into the side slots to wear.
