This piece is going to take a little more effort on your part. Getting the finished piece will only be the first step, next you'll need to take it to a jeweler and get them to set a stone for you. This piece is set up to use a 6.5x6.5 mm heart cut stone (something you might have to find for yourself, or ask the jeweler for suggestions on loose gemstone sellers), and for this reason only the silver options are available, a jeweler probably isn't going to be able to work other types of material. While you're having that done, I suggest you get the outer ring gold plated, to turn out something looking truly excellent.
On the back, there are two openings that will allow a thin chain to be threaded through, showing a floating, hidden mounting. These can be cut off if they're not to your liking, or modified if you have the right tools.
