HO scale model of a 96" wide x 110" high x 16'-11" long dromedary box with fluted sides and curb door. These boxes are typically mounted on long wheelbase cabover engine (COE) chassis between the cab and the fifth wheel. This particular version is based on a type used to transport bread by some bakery chains in the Pacific Northwest.
Assemble the model by attaching the nose to the floor with the chamfered corners fitting snug against the raised floor. Attach the sides with the door bar toward the floor. A length of 0.008" diameter wire can be inserted into the latch and clamp castings to simulate the door securement bar. Attach the rear to the floor and sides, then finish by attaching the roof.
