Spacer for Novoflex ASTAT-SL and Kipon Mamiya-X1D

The Kipon Mamiya-X1D lens adapter does not have a tripod foot, so one option is to improvise a tripod lens collar.  I could not find a lens collar that looked like a good fit, so I bought a Novoflex ASTAT-SL tripod collar and then custom printed this plastic insert to fill the gap between the Kipon lens adapter and the Novoflex Tripod Collar.  A picture of the finished result can be seen here - PebblePlace.com Mamiya 200mm F2.8 APO Lens Review.  The Kipon adapter was purchased off Ebay for $180; the Novoflex ASTAT-SL lens collar was purchased via Ebay as well for ~$140.  This print cost $20 using Shapeways' "Strong and Flexible" plastic.  The plastic is plenty strong for this application.
