Product Description

A trefoil knot made with a single spiral wrapping the knot 4 times . The parametric equation for the solid knot is x= Sin[t] + 2 Sin[2 t], y= Cos[t] - 2 Cos[2 t], z= -Sin[3 t], for t from 0 to 2 Pi, and was plotted in Mathematica. The ribbon surface was achieved by printing only every 4th zone around the generating circle. Thickness was added in Blender for 3D printing.
