Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations (IDIC) is a key part of Vulcan philosophy, celebrating the incredible variety present in vastness of the universe. (Unless that diversity comes in the form of a certain human/Vulcan hybrid, I suppose...)
Usually depicted by the iconic haloed triangle crowned by a gem, this ring instead displays the phrase in original Vulcan, "Kol-Ut-Shan."
