I almost cried when i realized my beloved Motrr Galileo would not be compatible with the new iPhones. So whats a guy to do? I hurried to the APPLE store to measure a iPhone 6 in person.. and then home to design and print some prototypes.. DONE. here it is. Click-n-play.

1. The Nodal point position will cause the Galileo to BLOCK part of the image.
2. The Nodal point position was specifically designed to be used with the SPHERE app.
Unfortunately, the people at SPHERE have not updated the app to work reliable on a iPhone 6.
Feel free to email and encourage them.
3 Finally, to install the mount in the Galileo, insert the TOP upward part first, push it firmly back making
sure the "prong" grips. then push the bottom lower part in until it clicks.
Remove the rubber-insert from the Galileo, then pop the adapter in until it goes "click". insert iPhone 6 and you are good to go..
The adapter can be used with the SPHERE and other apps to put the the lens in nodal point for panoramas.
Unlike the original style of shooting panoramas with the Motrr, the style with the camera hanging off the end of the pano thing.. with this adapter you can flip the iPhone around, the adapter will firmly hold the iPhone with the lens in the nodal point. the guys at SPHERE have included the option in their great APP, simply select the ADAPTER option. (also see the how to use video Im uploading shortly).
now that the camera lens is in the nodal point.. its possible to stitch the panorama, and the results are quite impressive for a completely automatic stitching experience. This is a easy to use adapter which make the Motrrr Galileo a easy to use solution for real-estate agents and anyone else wanting to create quick and easy panoramas for the internet.
