The CTMS 1TB1 tank was a small tank developed by the American Marmon-Herrington company in 1941. It was not adopted by the US army, but the Dutch government ordered them for service in their colony, Indonesia. However, Indonesia was overrun by the Japanese before the ranks could be delivered. Most of them ended up in various Latin American countries, including Cuba, where it soldiered on into the early 1960s.
