Product Description
The Dry Combat Submersible is the replacement for the Advanced SEAL Delivery Vehicle. As the name implies, the DCS is a 'dry' submersible and allows SEALs to be transported into the operations area in relative comfort. The DCS has an approximate range of 60 miles, a diving depth of around 330 feet, and can transports up to 8 SEALs plus 2 crew.
Unlike the Advanced SEAL Delivery Vehicle, the DCS is transported to the operations area via surface ship, so it looses out a bit on the coolness factor. However, it was also designed to be transported world wide in a 40' High Cube shipping container. Hence, why I decided to include that! However, submarine integration is occuring, and so that capability could be added in the near future.
