Class 56, Class 60, or C-16 Tender frame

Here is a versatile frame for building a tender for a D&RGW Class 56, Class 60, or C-16 tender in HOn3.  May be suitable for other classes of tender as well.  The frame is 17'6" long and 6'6" wide in HO scale, with a width of 7 scale feet across the deck boards.
