#8 Code 83 Switch Frog (pair)

#6 Code 83 switch frog  (pair).  Follows  NMRA dimensions.  Rail is sized to match Atlas C83 rail.  Atlas rail has a wider head than Micro engineering rail.  Distance between rails is .042 inches.  This is under NMRA nominal and tighter than manufactured turnouts.  It is in the acceptable NMRA range,  I made it small to cut down on the frog gap.  The point is a bit blunter than commercial turnouts.  If you check these against NMRA standards remember than NMRA dimensions are from the theoretical point of the frog.  The center of the frog is "humped"  to a minimum depth of .031 inches thru the frog gap.

I haven't tested this myself.
