1/350 scale Vought SBU-2 Bomber \ Scout. For use with your favorite 1930s air wing!
This version includes wing braces. Owing to the limitations of 3d printing, these braces are thicker than scale.
A version without the wing braces for use with the GMM photo-etch '1930s airwing' set will be released in the future.
Includes optional bombs. Includes spare wheels, as these don't always print correctly.
*** PAINTING TIP -- I recommend cutting the upper part of the cage off, but leaving the plane secured to the base and with the tail protection while painting. This will protect the delicate tail wheel, arrestor hook, machine guns and exhuast stubs until you're ready to position the plane on your carrier. You'll also want to wash it with a mild detergent to get some of the wax residue off.
