They would be shipped as a single unit or a pair. The model includes the shipping pallet.
This is a freelance design and will work with the Turbine Blades made by CG N Scale
and my Turbine Hub
The hub center is attached but can be broken free and has a pilot hole for a motor or shaft should you desire to make the blades spin.
