Product Description

The mankati-heating-blocks are made of Aluminium. The fine thread M3 is quickly destroyed. And you have a problem with your prints because the wrong Temperatur. I have therefore a better heat block designed with a longer thread and made of stainless-steel. You need for a drill 7.8mm, 6mm, M3 Taps. And the autotune-Command is neccesary: M303 E0 S230 C8; Or you take these values:  P: 011,90; I: 000,56; D: 063,03: take as material stainless steel. Have fun and good prints! Die originalen Heizblöcke sind aus weichem Aluminium. Nach weniger Reperaturen ist das feine M3 Gewinde unbrauchbar. Der Heizblock hält nicht mehr fest auf der Düse, es gibt Störungen im Druck, weil die Temperatur nicht stimmt. Deshalb habe ich den Heizblock neu konstruiert mit längeren Gewinden und aus Stainless Steel drucken lassen. Seit dem Einbau beider Heizblöcke arbeitet der Drucker wieder stabil. Du brauchts einen Bohrer 7,8mm, einen 6mm Bohrer und Gewindebohrer M3, um die Bohrungen und Gewinde etwas nacharbeiten zu können. Und es ist ein neuer Calibrier-Prozess nötig, damit die Temperatur konstant bleibt. Der Befehl ist: M303 E0 S230 C8. Er bezieht sich auf den linken Extruder. Ihr könnt auch mit diesem Werten probieren: P: 011,90; I: 000,56; D: 063,03. Wählt als Material Stainless Streel aus. Viel Spass und gute Drucke!
