- Main chassis > Check my store for the main chassis based on your board. NEC, NBv3, Prizm, CF/PC
You may need to:
- Use a file or thin object to clean out any left over material (dust or other obstructions) left over from manufacturing
- Use a file to bore out any holes that don't allow passage due to tolerancing of 3d printing. 3d printing can't be 100 percent accurate and usually has extra-leftover material
- Trim down screws to fit flush with hex nuts
Materials you will need:
- 4-40 tap and no. 43 drill (combo package on amazon)
- 1/16" OD Brass tube x 0.014" wall-thickness
- 3/32" OD Brass tube
- Tubing cutter (on Amazon)
- 30awg wire
- NEC Soundboard
- Li-Ion 14650 3.6V 1050mAh Rechargeable Battery
- 3mm accent LEDs, color of your choice - Find at your local Radioshack -or- order off of Ebay
- 0.875" OD Heatsink module with center hole with 18 degree lense
- 4-40 x 3/8" Socket Set Screws
- 2-56 nylon hex nuts
- 2-56 threaded rod
- 2-56 x 1/2" Socket Head Cap Screws
- Recharge Port from TCSS
- 2.1mm rotary kill key from ShtokCustomWorks
- Custom Tri-cree with modified base
- Specific style of "radiator fins" from Darklyte Customs (Victor) -I will be taking care of details and share info about it. If you have questions, message me on shapeways-
- 5mm RGB or any color of preference LED from TCSS or Amazon
- 2 watt 28mm bass speaker
- 24 or 26 gauge wire solid wire (I recommend 26 gauge)--copper, brass/newgold/silver [whatever your preference] - THIS IS HOW YOU WILL RETAIN THE CRYSTAL - You can find these at Hobby Lobby, Michaels, and on Amazon. It can be wire used for electronics and soldering, or artistic wire
- Quartz crystal of your choosing (needs to be able to fit within size perameters)
