Product Description

- last subgroup of County-class heavy cruisers together with sistership Dorsetshire. Repeat Londons with minor alterations.
- late-1942 refit with tripod masts, 20mm light AAs and radar forward of the bridge
- In 1941, was part of the force involved in sinking the battleship Bismarck
- 1943 engaged the battlecruiser Scharnhorst before withdrawing (the battlecruiser later sunk by HMS Duke of York and escorts)
