On3 Outdoor Railway Tie Section

This model is intended to be a prototype, so that the model railroader can make a mold, and cast their own tie sections out of urethane (or another castable material). The gauge is On3, the tie dimensions are roughly equivalent to standard gauge, to follow the East Broad Top's practice of using standard gauge sleepers under their rail. There is a central cutout to run wires/run rebar. The tie section is intended to be mounted, then encased in concrete, foam, or other material, so that On3 gauge trains can be run outdoors.
